What is your return policy?
Our items are sold as shown in pictures as best as possible.
Since many of our items are preloved and used, they may have signs of wear and tear therefore at DION Charity Marketplace we try our best to capture the true nature of the item by providing you with a detailed description and condition of the item. We encourage our shoppers to inspect the items carefully.
Unfortunately we have a no returns policy and cannot give a replacement if you change your mind.
Where do you ship to?
We ship only to Australia.
In Western Australia it will take up to 2 to 4 business days for your item to be received and interstate it will take up to 3 to 6 business days depending on origin and location.
Dispatching times may vary once order is placed.
Standard rate of shipping starts at $10 and will be calculated at the checkout.
What are the payment options?
